MEDMARK SERVICES, INC. ACQUIRES GLASS HEALTH PROGRAMS

 

Lewisville, Texas (December 5, 2011) - MedMark Services, Inc. announced today that it has acquired Glass Health Programs, Inc. located in Baltimore, Maryland.  Glass Health Programs operates 7 programs providing treatment for opioid addiction and dependency utilizing medication-assisted treatment along with individual and group counseling services in a supportive, patient-centered environment.  The clinics currently provide services to over 2,800 patients.  In addition, Glass Health Programs provides behavioral health services at two juvenile detention facilities for the Maryland Department of Juvenile Services.
