Getting Started
MedMark Treatment Centers is where YOUR change begins. To start a medication-assisted treatment program call us today, or send a message, and a staff member can complete an assessment and schedule an intake appointment. Intakes are scheduled as quickly as possible and are based on availability.
Walk-ins are always welcome to tour the clinic, meet the staff and begin intake paperwork. Same day admissions are available at some clinics. However, in respect of your time, we encourage you to contact the nearest clinic to you for more information.
All individuals seeking services will meet with medical and clinical staff for an assessment. An intake appointment can take 2-3 hours to complete, after which your initial dose of medication will be administered. During the induction phase, your individualized treatment plan will be created with the help of your counselor and clinic physician.
Individuals admitted to MedMark Treatment Centers can expect:
- Education regarding addiction, methadone, buprenorphine, administration of medication, and counseling.
- Orientation to program policies and procedures, HIV/AIDS information, medical issues and an assessment period conducted by the medical staff.
- Random drug screenings, breathalyzers and other required screenings to maintain compliance with all state and federal regulations.
- Medical supervision and evaluations with referrals for medical treatment and physician collaboration as needed.
MedMark Treatment Centers welcomes patients visiting the area and in need of guest dosing services. Visiting patients will find our professional and patient-centered clinics easy to access with a focus on customer service.
In preparation for guest dosing, each patient’s home clinic will need to contact us via phone or fax prior to arrival at the MedMark clinic. Each patient’s home clinic MUST fax a signed copy of a guest dosing request form including the signature of the Medical Director.
