About MedMark Treatment Centers
Our Story

Our Story

Since 2006, MedMark Treatment Centers has helped thousands of people across the United States access effective opioid use disorder treatment and rebuild their lives. What began with three programs in Northern California has evolved into a nationwide network of over 50 treatment centers.

As part of BayMark Health Services, North America’s largest provider of medication-assisted treatment (MAT), we are committed to making care accessible, personal, and respectful, wherever you are on your recovery journey.

Purpose and Vision

Our mission is to expand access to compassionate, evidence-based opioid addiction care that supports emotional and physical health.

Our vision is that every individual seeking addiction recovery receives expert, judgment-free treatment that restores hope, strengthens families, and enhances communities.

Our Approach to Substance Use Recovery

We believe treatment works best when it meets you where you are. Our approach combines proven medical care, counseling, and community support so you can live a purposeful life free from opioids.

Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT)

We use FDA-approved medications like methadone and buprenorphine to reduce cravings and withdrawal symptoms, helping you feel stable as you work toward recovery.

Substance Use Counseling

Through individual, group, and family counseling, our licensed counselors help you identify what led to opioid use and build new coping tools for daily life.

Supportive Services

From pregnancy care coordination to community referrals and case management, our programs are designed to treat the whole person, not just the addiction.
