Let me just say I was a patient at Medmark for years and above everything no matter what because they open at 4:45 AM says it all. They generally want to meet everyday people’s needs to live a normal life.In and out the door before 5am to do what you need to do w your life. Try and find another clinic that does that for you. You won’t. Working men and women this your clinic. Just no weed. Sorry.

I kept telling myself I didn’t need help, that I wasn’t addicted. I was wrong for a long time. I was addicted and my addiction was ruining and running my life. When I finally realized I needed real help, I finally went here and it saved my life. Great counselors, great staff, and a lot of people just looking to get help. I really, really recommend anyone who’s ready to finally get help come here. (By the way, they didn’t accept Medicare when I went there. That was 5 years ago. I’m currently going to Porter Starke Services in Valparaiso, Indiana because they accept Medicare there)

SAVED MY LIFE!! After having 2 surgeries and physical therapy over 10 years I became addicted to pain pills and never thought I’d need help... 4 years ago I called a couple places cus I had no idea what I was going to do or where to turn. They opened at 4:45 am and I was there! I wasn’t able to see a Doctor right away simply cus I went in so early but I was able to talk with a counselor and get the paperwork taken care of. While I waited for the Doctor I was asked if I was ok and one Counselor in particular, Robyn/Robin, made me feel like I made the right choice, that I would be able to do this, that I would feel better eventually. She just showed me comfort when I really needed it. The doc came in around 7am I sat with him told him my problem and within the next 10-15 mins I was dosing. They start you low and build up every day till you feel comfortable. Once you’ve done well and pass drug screens you’re allowed “take homes” so you don’t have to go daily. You will lose em if you fail a screen or miss days or mess up basically. They say not everyone is the same so therefor there’s no set dose that someone can say works also no set timeline on how long you go for... be it months or years and that’s reassuring. DON’T BE AFRAID!! Just GO & START THE BEGINNING OF YOUR NEW LIFE!They’re open 7 days and the hours on google are correct but it doesn’t say that when you first go- your first day- you have to see the Doctor. He isn’t in until 7-8 during the weekdays ONLY! No weekends. So if you’re looking to start methadone maintenance make sure you go in on a WEEKDAY! But I’m so grateful for all the workers there! Thank You for showing up everyday and being a place where we can get better and live a better life!

The staffing here is amazing and friendly. Kim who works the front desk is very helpful and polite, the nurses are great here and the counselors especially Ebony and Angela are very welcoming and helpful and wonderful at showing you the ropes. Robin a counselor that's been there for the longest is probably the worst of all of them to get TBH she isn't out for the best of your treatment plan she could careless about what your dealing with and has NO HEART at all so pray you don't get her she looks at everyone as if they're beneath . Overall wonderful environment and great place for treatment. Sincerely #907 😉
