If you are struggling with opioid addiction, our counselors are available to support you one-on-one. Individual counseling services for substance use help you identify relapse triggers, build coping skills, and repair relationships damaged by addiction. We work with you to create a practical relapse prevention plan that fits your goals.
Group counseling for substance use provides a safe, supportive space to share experiences and learn from others. Group sessions teach coping strategies and offer emotional support that can strengthen your recovery. Many people find encouragement and practical tools through group work.
