I have had a positive experience with Medmark of Springdale . The staff is professional, supportive, and truly cares about patient recovery. The clinic is well-organized, and the treatment process is explained clearly. Wait times can vary, but the service provided is worth it. The counselors are helpful, and the medication has been a crucial part of my journey toward stability. I appreciate the structured approach and the encouragement from the team. Overall, a great place for anyone committed to recovery.

Ive been at this place for a few years now. Its a great place to go if your struggling in your life and need that weight lifted off your shoulders. The people there are amazing and very helpful!!!! Two thumbs up!!!

Let’s start from the beginning. I called Friday and I spoke with Mr. Neil about getting switched from suboxone to methadone. I knew right then that I was making the right choice. He made my nervous self feel comfortable! I came in on Monday to do my intake and I was greeted with open arms. The girl who checks you in up front had such an inviting smile on her face, she was so kind, patient, and helpful. Next I meet Ms. Tina. This woman is an angel on earth. She is the director and let me tell you.. she isn’t here for the money and it isn’t “just a job” to her. This woman truly cares and wants you to succeed and she will do everything along with her staff to help you in your recovery journey. I then meet a nurse and the Dr! The nurse was incredibly helpful and nice as well. Everyone had a smile on their face and they didn’t act like they hated their job. The doctor has first hand experience and he knows exactly what we are going through and how we feel. He genuinely cares as well and wants you to get your life on track. He knows what he is doing and is very intelligent. Please just be honest with everything when you come to this clinic. I promise they only want to help you. I know I sound like a broken record but I have never been to a place like this one where all the staff cares. Jeremy is one of the counselors and he is such a great guy too. He of course cares and is easy to talk to. Like I said just be honest because that’s how you’re truly going to get better. Jeremy will do everything he can to help you in your sobriety. If you’re reading this and was hesitant before to come in. Don’t be! You will feel welcome and will feel better. The first step is reading this. Now make the call to better yourself. I believe in you and we do recover!! It will be worth it and I can guarantee you won’t find a better clinic that cares more about you then this place. Thank you to the staff at MedMark!!

L O V E this clinic! I have been to a few... ( California mainly) And this one checks all the boxes.... I have never felt judged by ANYONE there & that truly means SOOO much to someone in recovery! My counselor rocks & so does everyone else who works here!

I have been a patient here for 7 years next month, and I can honestly say that this place saved my life! I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for recovery. It is scary, but everyone here will make you feel comfortable and will help you with anything you need along the way.

Guys here have basically put my life back together!! Didn't think methadone would work for me but it does if you put in the work!!

Now that a certain director is gone, this place rocks! Everyone is so professional but still so kind. And it finally feels like an all around better environment. Thank you MedMark aka Springdale Treatment Center.

The center is nothing like I thought it was going to be. It is not counselors, nurses and doctors judging you. I feel like they genuinely want to help it’s not just a job for them. I won’t use his last name but my counselor Neil has truly helped me in so many ways. If you are in need of help for opiates please give them a call!

The people here are really wonderful. Very kind and caring. They offer group meetings, one on one counseling and many other ways to help you stop that cycle of addiction. I’ve been going there for a little over two years now and they have helped me so, so much. I feel like a new person. Getting off of alcohol and drugs was the best thing I have ever done for my self. My children and family are so happy for me now too. I thank God for all of the people who work at he Springdale, AR location. Tina, the Director and my Counselor in particular, has played a big part in my recovery and in helping me to get my life back on track again. ❤️❤️❤️😊😊🙏🙏🙏🙏

I have been a patient here for 6 years and the staff (that I deal with) are phenomenal. My counselor is now the director (thank goodness) & my she has helped me SO much in my recovery. If you’re compliant & do what you’re supposed to, the staff WILL trust you, & you can pretty easily phase up until you’re only going monthly. I’m thankful for a staff & counselor who care about me as a person & not just a paycheck.
