Due to the hurricane which effected so many of us, Medmark was left without power and forced to close for a few days. Unfortunately, I was unable to make contact in time and was unprepared for the closure. I left a message on the website hoping someone would respond. Doreen called me personally from home and coordinated with another clinic to immediately guest dose. She didn't have to do that, they were reopening tomorrow. She could have said sorry but you will have to wait until the morning. But she didn't. She made sure I was taken care of. That's what sets Medmark apart.... the people that work there. Thank you Doreen!

This is a great clinic all the staff is amazing Doreen and Trudy are so helpful and caring they really care about the patients there and very professional can't say wonderdul enough things about this center and the staff.they don't treat you like a number they treat you like a friend someone they really care about.they are involved in their patients recovery.

This clinic it has changed, my life for the better. From the time you meet Doreen you will be in the process Of bettering yourself. Everybody here is so friendly and respectful and helpful. It's really changed my life. I can't thank Doreen and her staff anymore. Wish I could give them more stars

This has occasionally led to me arriving at the clinic close to closing time, striving to make it within the clinic's operational hours. I recognize the inconvenience this might cause and have been earnestly working to improve this aspect.There was an instance where I arrived less than 20 seconds past closing time, resulting in a denial of my medication dose for that day. While this was disheartening, I understand the importance of adhering to clinic policies and the impact of my late arrival on the clinic's functioning.Despite this, the overall experience at MedMark has been overwhelmingly positive. The staff, from the nurses to the counselors have consistently demonstrated a deep commitment to what's best for their patients. Their professionalism and understanding have played a pivotal role in my journey towards better mental health.In moments of doubt, I’ve felt supported and cared for. MedMark is by far the best treatment clinic in town. This is made possible becsuse of the staff. They strive to achieve a satisfactory outcome to any isuues or concerns you may have. And the director Noreen is very hands on making sure MedMark isnt being ran like some of the other clinics in the area. Because of this the difference between MedMark and other clinics is night and day. Its quiet and you are in and out in no time. I highly recommend MedMark to anyone struggling with addiction.

MedMark Treatment Center is the best methadone clinic in Pinellas County. I don't feel like just another number to them. From the Director Noreen to the dosing nurses (Trudi and Dorris) each staff member truly cares about me and that is a great feeling. MedMark has given me everything I need to succeed. This clinic saved my life. I went from having literally nothing to owning cars and a house within 2 years!! I have had the same job for 8 years now, thanks to this clinic.If you need a safe place to go and talk to someone about what you can do to change your life. It only takes a phone call. Trust me, it's more than worth it. I have been able to stay sober for the entire time I have been coming to this clinic. Never before have I stayed sober this long. I am so happy now. I owe it all to the people here.The staff truly care about the patient. They have been here for me at times in my life when I had noone else.Thank you to Milton, Doreen, Doris and Trudie as well as the rest of this staff. You are all amazing!
