Medmark is a lifesaver. Both figuratively & literally. My counselor Stephanie is amazing. She truly goes above & beyond. She knows my struggles, and not only does she listen, but she takes action. She researched around and got me the assistance I needed to make my life easier. She absolutely didn't have to do that, but did it anyways, and CONSISTENTLY thinks of me & ways to better my circumstances. It helps staying clean be so much less stressful. Doreen is always a cheerful face & voice, always there to say good morning & ask how you are. Truly is the most reliant nurse I've never witnessed and she makes blood draws painless for clients like me who have PTSD with needles. She's amazing & caring. The clinic is never so busy that youre there for hours on end just to dose. I have take homes so i only have to go monthly, but even when I went daily, I was in & out. I thought the process of getting clean & on MAT would be difficult and time consuming, but Medmark truly made it a seamless experience. Going on 3 years clean now! And its all thanks to the staff of this location. If you're even considering it...TAKE THE CHANCE. You won't regret it. They do not judge you & theyre genuinely there to help you! TAKE THE LEAP!!!!

The staff is unmatchable, the counselors actually care! I was very highly impressed with how they handled the Hurricane Ian situation. Some may complain about the wait but any other clinic in town...they would've waited double time in. Director was attempting but counselors were social with everyone in line keeping everyone in a lighter mood given the circumstances. Because of the Privacy I won't list who was working but if you worked for Hurricane ian at MedMark in Largo/Clearwater area, thank you! You all were a Rockstar team on that day! Always always recommend this clinic, these people actually care !!!....esp now that the doctor who almost made me lose my miracle baby was fired. He said "the baby isn't a full organism, It's not a full organism It doesn't know what's going on" after pleading with him to fix my dose because I was in full blown withdrawal, feeling my baby go in absolutely insane in my stomach giving me early term labor at 28 weeks. When I finally got out I had to transfer clinics and when I transferred clinics the doctor's there were jaw dropped over this situation and come to find out I had to be raised 80 mg to get to the therapeutic level where the baby me stopped withdrawing and my early labor stopped. Don't worry pregnant ladies, You should be safe now trust me! I made the proper reports and if that man is in any other clinic working... I pray for the women who are pregnant around him because he is going to harm a baby and somebody in recovery. I can't vouch for the new doctor cuz I haven't been there but I hurries fantastic and the staff went above and beyond trying to advocate for me for that doctor to raise my dose He would not listen to one person any prided himself on illegally blind tapering a whole entire deco clinic in Tampa unbeknownst to their knowledge. I highly doubt he's working anymore anywhere. I gave them five stars because of how hard they tried to help me, They're an amazing place with an amazing staff who got stuck with a very evil dark doctor and that wasn't their fault.

I love this clinic and owe them everything. They are so patient oriented from the counselors, nurses, and doctors go a step above the rest. If you ever wanted to take that first step, this is the place to do it.

I came to guest dose while I was on vacation without a hitch no problems and staff were very friendly and accommodating. Just have your paperwork ready in advance and a phone number for your home clinic and you shouldn't have any issues 20$ admin fee and 14$ a dose thanks medmark staff

Med Mark treatment center is a life saver! My counselor Candy is very caring and good at her job! The director, Doreen is also good at what she does. I only have to go in every 27 days. It’s nice to hear her say good morning. And knows your name. Nurse Trudy is amazing as well! Nurse Kammy is new but she she’s not slow. For anyone struggling with opioid addiction, you should definitely check them out. Thanks for getting me clean!

I have been at this clinic for a little over 2 years. I have grown so much with them that I'veOnly had one negative U.A.thats a miricle in itself. I COUNDN"T HAVE DONE IT WITHOUT, TRUDIE, DORIS, MATT, AND DOREEN. I APRECIATE YOU. MORE THEN YOULL EVER. KNOW. You have shown me so much patience, understanding, and most of all not tolerating my bullshit. Which made me grow inwardly if that makes sense. The world DOSENT revolve around you.Do not hurt the people in that world MUCH LOVE

For sure is the #1 clinic with the best director, nurse, and counselors around.

It took a while for me to get adjusted to everything cuz I just moved here but everyone is extremely helpful and try and are compassionate to your needs.

This place is great,,especially for a better quality of life everyone there is thoughtful and caring and there’s no other place I’d rather be.. thank you to the whole staff I truly appreciate everything you people do and provide for us ..

Due to the hurricane which effected so many of us, Medmark was left without power and forced to close for a few days. Unfortunately, I was unable to make contact in time and was unprepared for the closure. I left a message on the website hoping someone would respond. Doreen called me personally from home and coordinated with another clinic to immediately guest dose. She didn't have to do that, they were reopening tomorrow. She could have said sorry but you will have to wait until the morning. But she didn't. She made sure I was taken care of. That's what sets Medmark apart.... the people that work there. Thank you Doreen!
