Our medication-assisted program provides methadone to treat opioid use disorder, helping to reduce physical and psychological cravings and blocking the effects of opioids. Methadone works by activating opioid receptors in the brain, but does not create the same euphoric effects, instead reducing cravings and withdrawal symptoms and providing a sense of normalcy.
With our comprehensive approach, we can help you overcome opioid addiction and reach your recovery goals. In addition to medication, we also offer counseling and other forms of care to support your recovery.
We provide buprenorphine treatment to aid you in your recovery journey. This treatment works by attaching to opioid receptors in the brain, decreasing withdrawal symptoms, diminishing cravings, and preventing the effects of other opioids.
As it is a partial opioid agonist, it produces a lower level of opioid effects than full agonists, like methadone, with no risk of overdose or addiction.
We also provide counseling and other supportive services to ensure your success.
